Is Free really free forever?
Yes. Triage, discovery, AI systems inventory, classification, gap assessment and your public Trust Profile are free with no time limit and no card required.
Do I need both a subscription and the Compliance Pack?
No — they stack but neither requires the other. The €499 Compliance Pack unlocks exports permanently. The monthly subscription is for running the ongoing programme (vendor DDQs, monitoring, incidents).
Prices include VAT?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. EU B2B buyers with a VAT number benefit from reverse charge. Non-EU buyers pay the listed price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from /settings/billing — you'll keep access until the end of the billing period, then roll back to Free. Your data stays intact.
What counts as a 'seat'?
One user with login access to your organisation's workspace. Public Trust Profile viewers and vendor-side DDQ respondents do not count.
Is the Compliance Pack refundable?
Within 14 days of purchase if the consolidated report hasn't been downloaded, yes — EU consumer rights (where applicable) and good-faith SMB policy.
